After the initial facility tour, and the Application for Admissions and Application Fee has been received, you will be contacted by our admissions department to acknowledge the receipt of your application and we will schedule your child’s student visit, as well as confirm that the request your child’s student records from their current school has been submitted.
During the student visit, the family will have the opportunity to review any other questions with the Academy Director and/or Program Director. We want to ensure we create a bridge between home and school, thus facilitating a smooth transition of the student into the learning environment. After the student visit, administration will make a final review of your application to determine its acceptance or denial, and a decision letter will be sent.
Upon acceptance, you will receive an acceptance email with directions on how to complete your child’s enrollment with Foundations Christian Montessori Academy. Once enrollment has been completed and all annual fees outlined on our tuition schedule have been received by our office, your child’s placement is finalized. Once these items have been received, your child’s placement will be secured. Prior to your child’s official start day, we will need to schedule your school orientation or personal educator conference. This will give you the opportunity to meet and speak directly with your child’s educator regarding your child’s individual needs and interests before their start date. All forms must be received prior to the student’s official start date.
Foundations Christian Montessori Academy uses RenWeb Student Management for our application, enrollment, student information management. All families will need to complete their enrollment by setting up personal family profiles. Additional required forms and/or documentation may be directly uploaded to the portal or submitted to the school office.

In the event a cancellation of the enrollment contract is necessary and your child needs to be withdraw from the school, for any reason, the Letter of Cancellation of Enrollment form needs to be completed, submitted to the office. Please know that any and all application and enrollment fees, as well as tuition, are non-refundable regardless of the withdraw of the child.
